The Chronic Dev-Team has demonstrated their GreenPois0n exploit for iPod Touch 3G jailbreak on video. This will work for 3.1 on all devices including the newly released iPod ouch 3G! This exploit was already discovered except it was never used and kept secret from Apple therefore preventing them from patching it or even worse, making the iPod Touch 3G ‘non-jailbreakable’.
I tested #greenpois0n with epic success on #ipt3 a little bit after picking it up
The exploit is not yet available for download but I will let you know and post instructions once it becomes available.

That’s a faillll. The Chronic Dev Team isn’t going to release it until the new iPhones are released in June. We still have quite a long wait, which is why I’m waiting to upgrade my iPod Touch. I’m sticking with a 2g till Greenpois0n is released..
I hear there’s a leaked greenpois0n. It’s supposed to be untethered for itouch 3g. Go on to greenpois0n blog and then presss comments for the first blog. The download site will be near the top of the newest comments. I’m not sure if it works or not, but there are several people who say it does work. I heard you need to put your itouch into dfu first though. Also it will take somewhere around 15 min.(i heard). USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. If it isn’t real I hope this will speed it up, because Chronic will realize we won’t mind if someone else leaks greenpois0n.
Green Pois0n has been released for a long time – this program is old and it will not untether a 3G ipod and never will because this is the not the program that is going to untether it, and will not be released again, you can ask the chronic dev team your self, and also they are not working with Geohot, George lives in Europe , and Dev team is in the United States , and if Geohot was working on a Jailbreak, then all the followers on twitter, he would have told you himself that he is not and will not be working on another program and if he is then you will know , the only people so far that would be working on an 3G program to untether is the Dev team so you will just have to wait. Lots of of bloggers aren’t very pleased with the new iPad.There was 2 much hype about it and alot people got disapointed.Thing is, I actually see great deal of the awesome potential of this device. Third-party apps for doing music, games, newsprints and magazines and books, all sorts of cool stuff, but IMHO they failed to sell it right (excluding the books). It feels sort of incomplete

I enjoy my Ipad. I got one as soon as I could and do not repent it at all. Its so fabulous to use and the technology is solid. I use it most every minute.
